NYE was good though, spent it with e374, e333, e373, W290 and N329 ..

2 days of gallavanting around town with people i'm so surprised i'd gallavant with (After SO long).. it's been great katching up with both worldly and non-wordly friends.. but ELF LEH? .. and LIZZIE leh? and COLIN leh? and BRONTO leh?

thursday

a torrential downpour, followed by catching up with the musically inclined kok (denise kok to you) with her very much elegant quaint scarf. ("it's thin, so it can pass off in a humid country such as singapore") ..

shopped a bit at heeren and she gawked at the high end prices of Ed Hardy (which i STILL love the goldfish cap) .. polishing her gaydar by spotting pairs of men sweeping around the shopping centre .. and pretty much making parodies out of everything.

btw, at INSTANT KARMA, i bought 2 t shirts.. see whether ya can spot me wearing it in sch (:

Having a set lunch @ Jacks Place for $8 is really worth it, although kok quote unquotes "the in place during our pri sch days" has somewhat vanished/diminished itself into a 3rd class teenage "high"-class resteraunt... at least the deep fried food was okay.. for it's $8 and unglamouristy. but it was a good place for me to declare kok as either.

1. soccer mom with a big volkswagon ferrying her (hopefully) twins to and fro swimming and violin lessons

2. spinster (who can't cook. giggles), owner of an art gallery dating on-and-off an old caucasian. oh, and she wears a scarf to work EVERYDAY.

see how i go into further detail? :P

afterward, kok left and just in time, chuakailan came by in marriott just as i was about to go home! trailed her together to far east plaza and she was SUCH a darling to find me the present i needed for Ivy.. so much patience and you really are a TIT. (taitai in training)

subway afterward, and something about far east subway makes me feel so cozy, it's as though a fireplace could be installed just in there and everything would look christmassy. ^^

woke up in the morning to have dramaproduction meeting which was NOT successful, for 1/2 of the group was not around.

stupro was brief, we just viewed everyone's video.. i loved jaye's show.. the host was interviewing this dude who does both makeup/makeovers AND does taekwondo and blackbelt on the side.

and the host wanted to know about his achievements.. and she said "so how about showing us whats underneath your belt?"

ohmygosh, everyone BURST Out laughing.

then nonficpro pitching is getting on my nerves, we can't get a location.. darn those multicorporal national companies.. i won't say WHICH big mega toy store.. but yea.

hmph.

afterwards, was xiaokang/jaye's production WALK THE TALK.. on the street opinions.. me and clarice were the hosts.

aside from the rain, it was kinda fun, although i did that pointing into camera TOO MUCH. da glam sia..

afterward, VALO (fwoar, long time nv go out wit her), clarice me and Daniele333 came along and we all walked around , shopping.. eating at delifrance.

that's my life. social. wheeee. pure fun. PURE. nothing else. (: i likeee.

afterward, valo and rice came over to do christmas cards.. yay. and clarices shrieks of laughter does perk up the lonely living room. WHeEE.

x'mas is tomorrow, and i'm still doiung my presents.. i'd better take a picture before i send it off!

the zit below my lower lip (right, coz there COULD be a chance to have a zit above my lower lip. LOL) is driving me nuts.

and my very funny sleeping hours has made me constantly tired, procrastinating all the pile of homework crap that i've been wanting to finish before christmas gives me an unsatisfactory wave of oh-wells.

and to top it off, i'm on a 24 hour fast today.

Just as alan(?) had mentioned when i was "auditioning" for the role, we're the 'black horse' group that's aiming for film awards/festival entries rather than grades.

how true, our group somehow fuses creativity and talent rather than grades.. coolness.

but, with such a position that takes up a lot of my time, i really hope it does not clash with my Ministry.

Drama Production Project 1

after much procrastination from the NP estates, we've finally gotten the location @ convention centre, but of course, trials come, tts why this isn't a perfect world.

our female talent had a no show coz she overslept, so thanks Rachel Chua for substituting her at such short notice! :)

candlelight service

a first in CHC, nearly 6,000 candles lit up with all the lights off. emo!

and i've grown attached to my cellgroup all over again.. just that a few of us aren't exactly taking e374 as family, but soon. in God's divine timing.

things that have been happening.

nonficpro

non fiction production is one of my potential B+ graders.. and again, i feel so cheated. like, hello? first project, i objected so violently to being Producer and no one cared.

and then in the 2nd project, when a certain someone objected to being producer, the lecturer was so quick in changing his role. like hello? human rights violation?

i dare to write this out, coz you know what? it's unfair. totally. and i don't care if you read this. if you've read this. tough. deal with it. it isn't flammatory or whatever madangdangs ya care.

sad to see that when you're so nice, you get trampled all over.

but long suffering i guess.

shift to expo

yay! we've finally moved to the bigger location we've always wanted. one draw back is that we can't sit in the front row anymore, it's free for all now ): oh well..

but the 1st service was excellent. the power and presence of God fell upon the place and brought me to tears. Ps Kong preached about FEAR, the devil's chief weapon and how it can kill your life i.e make it a failure.

fwoar. deliverance happened. but i shall leave it to my self.

courage

i guess my confrontation to a certain someone can be summed up in this word. i didn't like it when she kept on telling everyone that i am gay, when clearly, i'm making a progress and she certainly does not see it, coz she's only in her world and i'm in mine.

but still, she's a classmate i guess... i hope she learns how not nice it is not to talk badly about people behind their back and even how more embarrassing it is to be confronted by spreading rumours.

also, it was my fault for saying such a word about her in front of the class. hur. i guess, emotions?

patience

a thing i really need when dealing with very S people.. especially those that can't understand the sense of urgency. it's been so long since i blew my top so fast. thank Abba!

sandee

caught up with her recently for the Chestnuts musical, which was, entirely a parody about the different plays and important events around the globe for the whole year. Hossan Leong and Jonathan Lim are so so so talented in re-enactments. great job!!! :)

sandee is still the same, entertaining and so open to me. yay, khid's good at picking the girls and ditto for deeedee to picking the mice. giggle. okay no. men.

i guess that's it, just one more week and like 4 more productions before the end of the term? and oh, one exam. BUMMER. FILM HISTORY. gahh. it would have hepled if i hadn't slept through 4/6 movies..
